Perferred version of RVCT2.2 compiler for building modules

When building BMP modules with RVCT2.2 compiler, it's preferred to use Build 593 or above. Pre-593 RVCT2.2 had a code generation bug, which could prevent the module from running properly on the device. For example, if an app is built with pre-593 RVCT2.2, when you try to run it, you may get an error message saying "An error occurred when starting the application."
