LG vn251 (Cosmos 2) - the side keys are not working as soft keys when slider is open.

With LG vn251 Cosmos 2,
When we open the slider the app changes the orientation but the side key which work as soft keys outside the BREW App manager doesn't work for app.
is it an expected behavior for BREW Apps on LG vn251 (Cosmos2) ?
or do have any soloution for this ?
