Samsung SM-B311V USB driver needed

The USB driver link on the Device page (https://developer.brewmp.com/device/samsung-sm-b311v#utilities) links to the Device Pack instead. The Gateway driver from the Brew SDK does not work for this device, and Samsung does not have device driver support on any of their sites. Unable to locate from searches across the internet as well. Can anyone help point me in the direction of getting the USB driver for this handset?
