ITRIGMLELEMENT_CanTakeFocus()

Description
Determines whether an element can take focus. Non visible elements can't take focus. An element can take focus if one of the following are true: - ITRIGMLELEMENT_IsAlwaysFocusable returns true
- The element's canfocus attribute is set to true
- The element's attached widget can take focus
- The element has a focus listener
- One of the children of the element can take focus
