Description
This function will be called whenever a node is observed for the first time (with state = TRUE), and whenever the node is unobserved for the last time (with state = FALSE). This can be useful if there is a significant processing load associated with monitoring a particular value that is made available through an IVfsNode. This call may be used to start the processing whenever state == TRUE, and to stop the processing whenever state == FALSE.
