This function is used to disable the use of touch controllers on widgets which restores the default state. This is useful if certain screens of your application are developed without touch in mind, allowing you to toggle on touch control for those screens that support it and then disable support for the remaining screens. If you wish to disable touch support, use this function on the RootContainer. It is possible to send a disable touch call to a widget besides the root container; However, this is neither recommended nor supported.
int IWidget_DisableTouch(IWidget *pif);
- AEE_SUCCESS : The function was able to successfully disable touch on the provided widget and any of its children that supports touch. AEE_EFAILED : The passed in widget does not support touch (which shouldn't really be a problem as the aim of this function is to disable touch in the first place)
Any touch controller attached to the passed in widget and any child widget will be released upon receiving this event.
