C Extension

Extensions are reusable Brew MP components containing one or more Brew MP non-applet classes. They can be thought of as software libraries encapsulated as classes for use in applications.

Brew MP supports two main types of non-applet classes: In-Process class and Service class. This section walks through the steps to create an In-Process class. For more information on these types of In-Process classes, see the Programming Model technology guide.
