Visual Studio Environment Setup

This section covers the necessary steps to setup your Visual Studio development environment.


Visual Studio .NET 2008 is the IDE version used in this tutorial however, any development environment that can generate Windows-compliant dynamic link libraries (DLLs) is suitable for developing Brew MP applications to execute on the Simulator. Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008 is referred to as Visual Studio in this tutorial. It is assumed that you already have a working knowledge of Visual Studio (or the development environment of your choice), and some familiarity with C/C++.
