CIF/CAR primitives

The CIF compiler (CIFC) supports a set of declaration primitives that are added to one or more CIF or CAR files. Each declaration specifies one or more module resources, which are made available to the module when its CIF file(s) are compiled into its MIF file, and its CAR file(s) are compiled into its BAR file.

A declaration is a name and a table. A name is an identifier and follows the same syntax as a C identifier. Each primitive consists of a list of named arguments in the form of name-value pairs enclosed by curly brackets.
