Logger hangs

Problem Cause Solution
The Logger hangs, and there is no obvious way to make it work. The underlying connection DLL might now be in an unstable state.
  1. Close the Logger.
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
  3. On the Windows Security window, click Task Manager.
  4. Click the Processes tab.
  5. Scroll down to the BTILserver.exe or CONNECTServer.exe process and select it.
  6. Click End Process.
  7. Restart the Logger.

Note: If this procedure does not get the Logger running again, check to make sure the serial port connecting the device to your PC is enabled and working properly.
