ISignal / ISignalCtl

ISignal and ISignalCtl are two facets of the same object. ISignal is generally the facet of the object which is held by (or passed to) a server, and ISignalCtl is generally the facet of the object which is held by a client.

ISignalCtl can be used anywhere that ISignal is accepted, but doing so requires some care. If ISignalCtl is passed to a server, ISignalCtl_Detach() must be called from the object's destructor to safely clean up. Failing to do so introduces leaks and the potential for crashes.
