How to send EMS using BREW?

I want to know how we can send EMS using BREW?
Any sample code will be helpful.
I know with the help of ISMSNotifier i can get the notification of EMS message but i want to know the exact process to extract EMS content and process to send it.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
