I am trying to create a uiOne application which has the functionality of allowing users to add strings which would be visible later as a part of a list box. I am thinking of putting this functionality of storing and retrieving the items in the Actor. However, the current reference I have is from the uiOne 1.2 SDK which has few examples for actors. I am primarily looking at the CircleActor example.

How do I pull a list of items from the actor ( Cache Container ? ) which has by default some items pre-populated? Are there any additional examples I can look at to get more idea? Is there a better implementation possible other than the above?

Since there was no Actor list in the uiOne portion, I am posting my question here as well.
