Problem regarding Error Message from Verizon Wireless

Hello Friends,
We are facing one problem on the device LG VX8500 (carrier-Verizon Wireless
).
When we upload images on the server we get following error message from the carrier.
Verizon Wireless
1X-EVDO DATA,
RX: ??????
TX: ??????
Does any body faced same problem or releted problem before, is there any work around for this problem?
