Undef Inst Exception (BREW AppManager)

The application runs normally once within the app manager. But when it terminates and gets out of the BREW App Manager and after going back in, it springs up
Undef Inst Exception even before loading brew appmanager's mif. I have no clue why this is happening? Memory leak..?
