IMedia and Image scaling

Hi,
I streaming a MP4 file using IMedia. Is there any way set the size of the Video without clipping it. In otherwords, is there a way to scale the video according to the display size.
I tried setting the scaling parameter using IMEDIA_SetParam, but I always get EBADPARAM. Any idea whether scaling is implemented in the MPEG4 dll's.
