As you know, BREW has its PPP Linger Time Mechanism. This cause we can not quickly close the underlying network, But sometime this do is our requirement!

For Previous BREW version, We can set INetMgr's Linger time to low value.

BUT now for 3.1.5SP01, INetMgr & INetWork all can set Linger Time, and seems it only affect the network which linked to the instance.

THEN in BREW3.1.5SP01, HOW TO QUICKLY CLOSE THE UNDERLYING NETWORK???
