I am working on estimation of a J2ME application which needs to be developed for BREW also. J2ME application has a "Advertising" feature and J2ME app use native Browser for this, application opens device browser and any advertising web site is opened through device native browser. Same thing is not possible in BREW since brew does not support "native browser opening". IHtmlViewer has got its own limitations so It might not support all the web sites. One way is to talk to OEM but It will be lenghty process.

So my question is, for any such type of web/browser based features like advertising in our case, what is used? How to tackle with this kind of development work? Any third party extension available? any guidelines given by Qualcomm? I believe there should be many applications containing web related features, so how these application manage the web content , their rendering and control/event handling?
