According to the reference， the function will return a ”EVT_MDL_SMSSTORAGE_DELETE_ALL“ to the client. Dose this client means the application？

If it's right， then i need to call IModel_AddListener before this function， and receive this event in the _HandlerEvent, right?

But, there is a callback function in ISMSSTORAGE_DeleteAll. when it will be called?
