Authenticaed, but can't access device packs

I have access to the support portal the Brew Submission portal the
Developer Extranet and I can create test sig files. (I believe having access to these means I am an authenticated
developer). When I try to download a device pack it says I need to be an authenticated developer. My profile says my membership is a

Registered Developer

 

Is there a different login, did my login just not get updated, or is
there something else I must do to become authenticated? Thanks.
