BTIL DEVELOPMENT KIT 1.0.2

The BTIL Development Kit (BDK) provides developers with a framework to develop C/C++ applications for communicating, controlling, or interfacing between a BREW device(s), BREW applications, or PC. The BREW Tools Interface Layer (BTIL) is a new packet-based transport protocol that allows communication between a host PC and one or more client BREW devices.

BREW MP PLATFORM 1.0.2.292

This kit is an add-on to the Brew® MP SDK. All "Platform" kits provide the ability to build applications for Brew MP targets (physical and simulation).

This kit includes the following Brew MP Platform 1.0.2.292 components:

  • Headers, Libraries and API reference
  • Simulation DLLs

 

 

You must install the following before performing BMP Platform installation:

Download and install Brew MP Multiplatform SDK and required third-party software

BREW MP PLATFORM 1.0.2.410

This kit is an add-on to the Brew® MP SDK. All "Platform" kits provide the ability to build applications for Brew MP targets (physical and simulation).

This kit includes the following Brew MP Platform 1.0.2.410 components:

Brew MP SDK must be installed prior to platform installation.

BREW MP SDK

The Brew MP SDK rev 7.12.5 supports multiple versions of the platform. This allows users to compile against one version, then run the compiled application on the same or different runtime versions of Brew MP with a single toolset.

The SDK enables development of Brew MP applications and extensions.

See the appropriate procedure below to set up your desired development environment. 

There is a dependency of DOT NET FRAMEWORK 4.0 for BREWMP toolsets to get properly install. However now if you have the latest DOT NET framework 4.5, it shall not allow BEWMP SDK to install pre requisite 4.0. So to overcome this issue, please uninstall DOTNET framework 4.5 from add remove program. And then re install Brewmp SDK.

In addition to downloading the SDK you'll need to set up your environment. See development environments below for setup instructions:
